About the Little Falls Family YMCA

The YMCA is a charitable association dedicated to building healthy body, mind and spirit.   Part of the worldwide movement, it offers various programs that promote and develop international understanding.

YMCA's are open to men, women and children of all ages, incomes, abilities, races and religions at over 2,000 locations in 50 states.

The Little Falls YMCA, established in 1883, is a full-service facility that offers over 80 instructional programs, and serves in excess of 100,000 individuals each year.  The Little Falls Family YMCA is a member agency of the Greater Little Falls Community Chest.

Although the programs and services offered at different Y's may vary, YMCA's in the USA are tied together by five basic goals:

  • increasing international understanding
  • assisting in community development
